Handcrafted using freshly grated carrots, crushed pineapple and crunchy walnuts, the four-layer dessert comes to us from a small, family-owned Florida cake boutique. With a buttery cream cheese filling, the cake is frosted in vanilla buttercream and finished with a colorful portrait of Peter Rabbit.
